Website visits, cookies and tracking
This is an informational studio website. Its code does not set cookies, use browser storage, run analytics or advertising scripts, or load tracking pixels. It has no account sign-in, newsletter, contact form or online checkout.
The site serves its images, styles and navigation script from its own hosting. It uses fonts already installed on your device, without an external font service. Hosting-provider processing and personal information received by email are described below; the absence of tracking scripts does not mean that no personal data is processed.
External reference links lead to other websites only if you choose to follow them. Email links open your email application. They do not automatically send a message or submit a website form.
Hosting, email providers and international processing
Firebase Hosting, provided by Google, is the website’s configured public host. On the published site, loading a page sends a request to its hosting infrastructure. Google states that Hosting uses incoming IP addresses to detect abuse and analyse service usage, and retains that IP data for a few months. This provider processing is separate from installing Google Analytics, which this website does not use. See Firebase’s privacy information.
Studio email is handled through Apple iCloud Mail using the studio’s custom domain. Apple processes email delivery and storage; the sender’s mail provider also handles transmission. See Apple’s privacy policy and iCloud data security information. Ordinary iCloud Mail is not end-to-end encrypted.
These providers operate internationally. Processing may occur outside India or your country of residence under the providers’ applicable terms and privacy information. We do not represent that all hosting or email data remains in India, or promise a specific storage location that has not been verified.
Email enquiries and personal information
You can email hello@peppypult.com for general enquiries, support@peppypult.com for player support, or privacy@peppypult.com for privacy questions and requests. Alroy Lourence handles these inboxes through iCloud Mail. There is no additional recipient or helpdesk service in the owner-confirmed setup.
Correspondence includes your sender address, any display name, subject, message text, attachments, associated email headers and reply history. If you contact support, you may choose to include your device model, operating system, game version, error details or screenshots.
We use this information to understand and answer your enquiry, investigate the issue you report, and handle privacy requests or concerns. You choose whether to contact us and what to include; without enough information we may be unable to answer a particular enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identification documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Website code does not send these messages to an analytics, advertising or helpdesk service. Apple and your email provider process them as part of providing email. Any future service that changes these practices will require an updated notice.
How long correspondence is kept
Access to studio email is restricted to authorised users. Alroy Lourence currently handles the studio inboxes through iCloud Mail.
We review resolved correspondence and its attachments within 12 months of resolution, or sooner when the information is no longer needed. Information is deleted where appropriate, subject to unresolved issues, lawful retention obligations, disputes and justified security needs. We record the reason for justified retention and review it again when that reason ends.
The 12-month point is a manual review window, not a universal legal retention period, a minimum time we must keep every message, or a promise of automatic deletion on a fixed date. A valid deletion request may prompt an earlier review. If an enquiry is reopened, we consider its ongoing purpose when setting the next review.
This website does not automate mailbox cleanup or deletion. Our correspondence procedure is separate from Google’s hosting-IP retention and Apple’s provider-managed retention or deletion processes. Deleting a message from the studio’s accessible mailbox does not guarantee immediate deletion from every third-party system or provider-managed copy.
Privacy requests and concerns
Contact Alroy Lourence at privacy@peppypult.com to ask about your correspondence, request a copy or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw a previous permission, or raise a privacy concern. Explain the enquiry or message involved and the action you are requesting. Do not include passwords or identity documents in an initial request.
We handle requests individually. We verify identity only when reasonably necessary to identify the correspondence and protect personal information, and ask only for information proportionate to that need. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. If information must be retained, we explain the relevant reason and any remaining limitation. A request concerning email is separate from deleting game progress stored only on your device.
We record the request date and subject, locate relevant messages and attachments, review any retention exception, make appropriate corrections or deletions in the studio’s accessible mailbox and any operator-held copies, and record and communicate the outcome. We retain only the request-handling record needed for a justified purpose, subject to the same review procedure. No automatic erasure or immediate deletion from all third-party systems is promised.
Cat Tower: Nine Lives is in development
This studio notice covers website visits and correspondence. Cat Tower: Nine Lives has not been announced as publicly available. “Rooftop Rescue” describes its gameplay theme.
The previously inspected v0.5.1 development source stores scores, settings, Fish Coins, cosmetic unlocks, kitten discoveries and mission progress locally. That review found no active AdMob, analytics, external crash reporting, Google Play Billing, game account, cloud sync or runtime network integration. This describes the inspected development build, not a promise about every future release or independent store and operating-system processing.
A final game-specific privacy notice, audience classification, Families assessment, production signing and store submission review are separate release tasks.
